Accessorize Your August!

 Dancers Warehouse
Shop Dancers Warehouse for 15% off your purchase of accessories!
Offer valid 8/01/14 - 8/07/14. Use coupon code AUGUST15.

We can't believe it is already August! Before you know it you'll be back to school and back to dancing. Often we remember the basics - shoes, tights, leotards - but what about your dance bag, hair pins, water bottle? Our dance bags take quite a beating and you certainly don't want your new shoes falling through a hole or rip in your bag.

Here is one of our best selling dance bags:

 Releve Gear Duffel

If you are anything like us you have hair pins everywhere but where you need them. Car cup holders, coffee tables, and couches are the usual hiding places. We sell them in a 300 count so you are bound to have plenty. Also, hint hint, the plastic tub it comes in is a great place to store them all in your dance bag!

Or store them along with any hair elastics and clips in one of these travel bags:

It is so important to stay hydrated during your long hours back at the studio. Sugar and Bruno make super cute BPA free water bottles. You can see some of their classic "Live to Love to Dance" water bottles above. We also love their "Keep Calm and Dance On" styles.

First Look: Bloch Stretch Pointe

Hey everyone!
So we just got in two new pointe shoes from Bloch - the Eurostretch and the Dramatica. Both shoes feature a stretch fabric heel that allows the shoe to hug the dancer's foot while on pointe. This decreases bunching and keeps in mind the fact that the dancer's foot gets smaller while standing on pointe. The outer split sole is supportive while allowing the fabric to stretch.

The Eurostretch  has a last similar in function to the Bloch European Balance.

The Dramatica has a last similar to the Bloch Alpha and also features TMT paste for a longer lasting, moldable box.
In our opinion, the Dramatica is also very similar in shape to the Capezio Tiffany and the Freed Studio. The Dramatica is just a bit of a softer, more broken in, feeling shoe. If you wear either the Tiffany or Studio and want a softer shoe you may want to give this one a try.

Here in the office, we've given them a quick try and so far we love them! We have different foot shapes and find that the shoe fits us wonderfully. Check out the pictures below for our foot comparisons.

We would love to hear feedback from any dancers who have tried these new Bloch shoes.
